- All sales of fresh flowers and ready-made bouquets are generally non-refundable due to the perishable nature of the products.
- Custom and artificial floral arrangements are made to order and are not eligible for return once production has begun.

2. Custom orders can only be cancelled before design approval. Cancellation requests after confirmation may incur partial charges to cover production costs.
